Marsh ClearSight Launches Version 14.5 of Its Cloud-Based Risk, Safety, and Claims Management Software

Newest Edition of STARS Enterprise Expands Availability to Smartphones, Includes New Features That Streamline Workflows and Enhance Ease-of-Use

CHICAGO – Marsh ClearSight, a business unit of Marsh LLC and the leading provider of risk, safety, and claims management software, analytics and services, today announced the release of STARS Enterprise™ 14.5.   This newest version of this award-winning, integrated cloud-based platform provides expanded mobility features to support Apple® iPhone® and AndroidTM-based smartphones as well as a new platform-wide functionality that streamlines workflows, increases security, accelerates decision making, and enhances usability.

Among the platform-wide enhancements to STARS Enterprise 14.5 are substantial updates to STARS Intake, STARS Discovery and the introduction of the Supplemental Information feature.

STARS Intake enables users to record and report incidents and claims on-site, in real time from a mobile device. Previously available for use only with the Apple® iPad® and AndroidTM tablets, STARS Intake is now available for the iPhone® and Android phones. Also included in this release, STARS Intake now supports multiple languages, the ability to send incident summaries from a mobile device and multiple claims/incidents to be entered in a single entry.

Reporting functionality was added to STARS Discovery, the mobile risk assessment and audit tool designed for use with the Apple iPad. STARS Discovery users are now able to produce an audit report containing score, recommendations, and action plans from their iPad immediately upon the completion of an audit.

Finally in this release, the Supplemental Information feature allows users to capture and store significantly more information on claims, occurrences, incidents, and locations by allowing customizable records to be associated with them for further context and reporting.
