  • Affiliates. Marsh ClearSight is part of Marsh and McLennan Companies, Inc. and may share information submitted through this Site with its affiliates within the Marsh and McLennan Companies in order to better serve your needs.
  • Agents and Service Providers. We sometimes contract with other companies and individuals to perform functions or services on our behalf, such as hosting this Site, sending e-mail messages and making phone calls on our behalf. Marsh ClearSight is Not Interested in Minors

Marsh ClearSight does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from those under the age of 18. In an instance where such information was collected it would be purely accidental and unintentional.
