Workers’ Compensation Claim Severity Model
In today’s challenging environment, risk managers continue to have more responsibility with fewer resources. Due to this, Marsh ClearSight and Oliver Wyman have partnered to develop an early intervention workers’ compensation model to predict claim severity. With this model, users can identify good early intervention candidates and effectively allocate their resources to mitigate their severity.
Return To Work
Employees are the most valuable asset to any organization, but many organizations struggle to bring ill and injured workers back to work in a consistent and systematic process. With the new Return to Work app on the Marsh ClearSight platform, users now have the ability to manage the end-to-end return to work process with insights from the Official Disability Guidelines (ODG) embedded in app. ODG is the most comprehensive and up-to-date medical treatment and return to work guideline worldwide, providing evidence-based decision support to improve as well as benchmark outcomes in workers’ compensation, non-occupational disability and general health insurance.

Traditional reporting is often called pixel perfect reporting for its precise control and structured approach to reporting. This is well suited for generating pre-formatted reports that are sent out on a consistent basis. But due to its limited formulas, filtering and formatting, it often does not meet the reporting needs of most organizations trying to understand underlying trends.
